What this covers.
These notes apply to the public site, Gitmas Memory hosted endpoints, onboarding flow, and the Checkpoints console unless a written agreement says otherwise.
What may be stored.
- Contact and onboarding details you provide by email.
- Memory records: project notes, decisions, tags, entities, and checkpoint text.
- Session metadata: device name, project path, timestamps, session IDs, and backup status.
- Encrypted full-session saves if enabled for your Gitmas account.
- Technical logs needed for security, debugging, and support.
Why it is processed.
- To provide durable memory and checkpoint continuity for AI-agent work.
- To sync memory between approved local tools and hosted endpoints.
- To support customers, debug failures, and improve onboarding.
- To protect the service from unauthorized or abusive use.
Retention follows account controls.
Memory records and checkpoint data are retained while your Gitmas account is active unless you ask us to export or delete them. Export and deletion requests can be handled by email while self-serve controls are added.
Your memory is not a data product.
We do not sell Gitmas Memory data. We do not use customer memory content to train models. Limited service providers may be used for hosting, email, repository delivery, payments, and support. Access is limited to operating, securing, debugging, supporting, and improving Gitmas.
Export and deletion by request.
Export and deletion requests can be sent by email. Include the account email, desired scope, and whether you want memory records, session metadata, or full-session saves included.
Privacy contact.
Email support@gitmas.com for privacy, export, deletion, or data-boundary questions.
