Service terms.
Gitmas Memory is offered as an automated service. By using Gitmas, you agree to use it carefully, keep credentials secure, and follow these terms.
What Gitmas provides.
- Gitmas Memory hosted or local memory gateway.
- Checkpoint console for memory and session state.
- Encrypted full-session saves for backup, review, and recovery where enabled.
- Automated setup guidance for supported local agent clients.
- Basic support for account and setup issues.
The launch plan covers Gitmas Memory and checkpoints. Other Gitmas products or command-center workflows are not included unless stated in writing.
You are responsible for credentials.
Keep Gitmas access keys, tokens, and console passwords secret. A Gitmas access key unlocks Gitmas Memory only; it is not a third-party LLM/model API key. Do not paste credentials into repositories, docs, tickets, or agent prompts. Tell us quickly if you believe a credential was exposed.
Launch pricing is simple.
Published launch pricing for Gitmas Memory starts at $290/month. Billing and cancellation details are provided in the signup unless a written agreement states otherwise.
The plan includes Gitmas Memory, checkpoint infrastructure, and encrypted full-session saves where enabled. It does not include third-party LLM/model usage or model API billing through Gitmas. Fair-use storage, API, backup, and integration limits may apply.
You can cancel future billing by emailing support@gitmas.com. Refunds, if any, are handled case by case.
Your content remains yours.
You keep ownership of the memories, checkpoints, session metadata, full-session saves, and content you submit. We do not sell customer memory content or use it to train models. You grant Gitmas the limited rights needed to operate, secure, debug, support, and improve Gitmas.
Do not submit regulated or highly sensitive data unless we have explicitly agreed on an appropriate deployment model.
Use Gitmas responsibly.
- No abuse, scraping, credential sharing, or unauthorized access attempts.
- No illegal content or use that harms other systems or users.
- No attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or workspace boundaries.
Service availability.
Gitmas is provided as-is. We work to keep it reliable and useful, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, perfect recall, or complete support for every agent integration.
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Gitmas is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses from Gitmas use.
